A valid means of identification is required before check-in. Reservations are confirmed only after paymet confirmation

A refundable caution fee of ₦50,000.00 is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no damage, missing items, or alteration to the apartment settings and facilities
